School credit and requirements

In order to get credit for this course you should hand in a SMALL report documenting your work on the assignment project given.

The deadline for the report is Monday 13 June 2011 (at noon). We encourage you to do the assignment in a group, but please submit reports individually. In addition, please provide a mailing address in the report to which the certificate of participation should be sent.

For successful completion of the school (including handing in a project report) 5 ECTS will be granted.

Registration

To sign up for the school, see the registration page. The registration deadline is May 1st, 2011.

At present we have a participation maximum of 50. If we reach that limit, we will try our best to accommodate the extra participants.

Payment

There is no registration fee for students enrolled at universities and public research institutions. For researchers employed at universities and public research institutions the registration fee is €250. For all other participants the registration fee is €750. This covers hand-outs, meals and coffee.

The lectures will take place in Auditorium 11 of Building 308 at the campus of the Technical University of Denmark (DTU):

Accommodation

There is a limited number of rooms available on the premises of the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). These will be offered free of charge to students and otherwise at a cost of €25 per night. Accommodation in hostels/hotels can also be arranged by the participants themselves, see the Wonderful Copenhagen webpage or a list of cheap hostels and hotels here.
